1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this app.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you post (photos, videos, bio, etc.). By posting, you grant Spotlight Enosis a license to display it within the app so other users can see it.

3. Conduct

No harassment, impersonation, spam, or illegal content. Accounts violating this may be suspended or removed.

4. Your Safety — Meeting People In Person

Spotlight Enosis helps you find collaborators locally or globally — many great creative partnerships happen entirely online, and that's a perfectly good way to work together without ever meeting in person. If you do choose to meet someone from the app in person, that is your decision and your responsibility. We strongly recommend:

• Meeting in a public place, especially the first time.
• Telling a friend or family member where you're going and who you're meeting.
• Doing a video call before meeting up, so you know who you're actually meeting.
• Trusting your instincts — if something feels off, it's okay to cancel or leave.

Spotlight Enosis is not liable for what happens between users who choose to meet or collaborate, in person or otherwise.

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" during this early testing period; features may change or break.
